Access Requests

When you see a photo with a pixelated face you don’t have access to, you can request permission to see it.

Requesting access

1. Open a photo with pixelated faces.
2. Tap on a blurred face.
3. Tap Request Access.

The controller for that person will receive a notification.

Approving or rejecting requests

If you are a controller for the person:

1. Go to the Notifications page.
2. Review the pending request — you’ll see who is asking and which photo it’s for.
3. Tap Approve or Reject.

If approved, the requester is granted access to that person’s face data. They’ll be able to see the unblurred face in this photo and any other photo where that person appears in circles they have access to.
